The use of the products and safety of the pet and handler is completely at the purchaser and/or user's discretion and responsibility. These terms for not supersede your statutory rights under the Sales of Good Act but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures of how we operate.

Droollery would always advise our customers that pets should be under constant supervision whilst wearing any of our products. Although designed for strength and beauty items are sold as decorative novelty items. Droollery will not be held liable for any accident or injury caused to pets as a result of misuse or unsupervised use.

Postage & Packaging
You will be notified within 5 working days in the UK. If any goods ordered are out of stock. Orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Droollery is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or chosen courier service, usually within 1-2 working days. Goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
When goods are in stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Please be patient If ordering a leather collar as the majority of the item is manufactured by hand.
For Europe and Worldwide please email for cost and anticipated time frame for delivery.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the courier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.75 for UK orders flat rate. Delivery estimated 2-5 days from order dispatch.
Next Day Delivery is available for £8.00 and can be selected at checkout for UK customers. Orders must be received by 8am Monday - Thursday in order to be delivered the following day. Subject to item being in stock.
International delivery is charged at £12.00 flat rate. Delivery estimated 2 weeks Europe, 3 weeks the rest of the world.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the goods to us in the original condition including a copy of the original delivery note and a message stating you wish to make the return for a refund. Simply fill in the returns form inside your order and post it back to our warehouse: Capri, Holcombe Road, Teignmouth. Devon TQ14 8UP United Kingdom.

In the case of an exchange of item (e.g for a different size), it’s not a problem please do ensure you include the returned item, a copy of the original delivery note and a message stating which item and size you wish to exchange for. Changes of price will be either a refund or a request of the difference. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, to receive an exchange or refund (less postage and packaging).
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered. Replacement items which are considered faulty will be posted free of charge. Items that require exchange will be charged postage - please see Postage and Package guidance. Due to Covid-19, all incoming stock will be sitting in quarantine for up to 72hrs before any exchange or refund can be processed.

Any goods returned incomplete will not be replaced or refunded. Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Damage & Loss in Transit
Droollery does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers. Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our carrier. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier. Droollery uses Paypal. Once payment has been received Drollery will issue you with an email confirming your order.
Governing Law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
Confidentiality
We take all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system, but will not be supplied to any outside agency.
